We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with a refreshing drink in the stunning waiting area overlooking the valley. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, including the rooms, spa, and restaurant. The staff were polite and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. This city's location boasted breathtaking mountain views and offered convenient transportation and parking. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious options to choose from that satisfied our preferences.

the spacious rooms were beautifully designed, with modern and elegant furniture. the staff was very kind and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the Spa and wellness centre was a highlight, offering various massages, including a full-body massage, which was incredibly relaxing. the spa lounge was a perfect place to unwind after a long day of activities. the restaurant was amazing, serving delicious dishes that satisfied even the most demanding taste buds. I highly recommend the packed lunches and special diet menus, which were perfect for our day trips.

The only minor disadvantage was that some facilities, such as the barbecue facilities, were not available due to maintenance works. this did not affect our experience since the hotel provided a picnic area with tables, where we could still enjoy a delicious meal while surrounded by a stunning landscape.

Our romantic escape was amazing! the surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and beautiful trees all around. the staff members were warm and welcoming, attending to our every need and making us feel right at home. the food was simply delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. We also enjoyed the on-site activities offered, especially the yoga sessions and massages.

The lighting could have been better on the walkways at night, as it was difficult to navigate our way without any lighting.

The villas were beautifully decorated and the staff made our romantic escape unforgettable. The location was ideal for early morning walks in the mountains, and the food and drinks offered were amazing. we had a lovely time in a stunning setting.

The heating system in the villas was not very efficient, and it got rather chilly at night. Some of the facilities were not fully operational, which was a bit disappointing.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with a refreshing signature drink in the waiting area of the main building, overlooking a lovely misty valley. the location is beautiful, surrounded by lush trees and nature trails. the rooms were spacious and the decor lavish, with comfortable bedding and clean bathrooms.

The noise from children running around and playing was disruptive to my relaxation and peace of mind.
